Octa Tower
A fully Functional building designed for the Metaverse
specifically Decentraland, as an entry for @renovi "Next Top Metaverse Build" Competition
The tower fills 12 ground parcels, at a height of 72 m taking full advantage of the provided space for 12 parcels according to Decentraland limitations with preserving open space on the ground level so the ground can still be used.
the building uses only around 10% of the total amount of the allowed mesh polygon count, with a file size of 1MB only
which gives the owner possibility for further development of the owned space and the interiors of the building that can be used for Metaverse investments.
